Visitors to the island can get married in 24hrs after arriving, providing prior application has been made for a marriage license.
Cost of a marriage license is approximately US$65-US$70. A non-denominational Officer can also perform wedding for a small fee ranging from US$100 up. Most officers will perform weddings at their offices, in their homes or by the couples, and can also provide witnesses.

Here are some things you need to get married in Jamaica
1. Proof of citizenship - certified copy of birth certificate, which includes father's name.
2. Written consent from parent if you are under 18 yrs
3. Original certificate of divorce, if any.
4. Certified copy of death for widow or widower.

Some visitor may need to notify their embassy of their plans to get married in Jamaica.
